A Sampling of What You'll Do

• Process held orders by working with customers, credit card processor and issuing banks
• Pinpoint fraudulent activities on transactions done with the company to prevent losses
• Review and resolve current fraud detection and prevention efforts
• Keep tabs on transactions that may be potentially fraudulent and work with management to ensure all possible corrective measures are taken when fraud is apparent

Who We're Looking For

• One with an eye for detail
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Customer Service preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and web-based applications preferred
