Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Answers telephones and directs callers to appropriate personnel. • Greets and directs visitors. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax number, company website and other related information. • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. • Provides clerical/administrative support Requirements • Multi-line telephone skills • Communicate verbally in a pleasant, professional manner • Customer focus • Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word • High school diploma or equivalent required -Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
