Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Position Summary:

AT&I’s greatest strength is our people, and we are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, onsite role. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, resolving issues, and supporting customers with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing reliable service.

AT&I Systems is a security integrator providing exceptional service and solutions to thousands of customers throughout Central and South Florida since 2005. We take great pride in protecting the lives and assets of our customers and their communities with the solutions we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, and billing.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
· Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on availability, location, and skill set.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Knowledge and Skills
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
· Previous customer service, and/or administrative support preffered.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
· Basic computer skills, including email and data entry
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Bilingual skills a plus
Work Schedule & Environment
Full-time schedule, typically 40 hours per week
On-site role in a professional, team-oriented workplace
