Job Description
Process Manager - Fully Remote role (CST/EST time zone)
Remote anywhere in the EST/CST US
6+ months with extension

• 5+ years of experience within Data Analytics and process management surrounding inventory
• 5 years with Excel / Sheets must be highly proficient
• Must have an analytical mind and experience with stock balances.
• 3+ years working with SQL Snowflake
• Experience with 3rd party management and directly engaging with suppliers/vendors
• Experience collaborating with VP and Sr Leaders/Management
• Nice to have: Python

Day to Day:

• Responsible to look at forecasts and usage of card materials suppliers and assist in producing packages.
• Meetings consistently with vendors and partners to discuss what has been received and what needs to go out as well as inventory levels.
• Focus of this role is on card delivery and cards out the door as well as keeping stock levels appropriate for demand levels.
• Will be collaborating with VP level contacts - communication must be stellar.
• Ideal is a data analyst background to be able to build scripts to identify issues managing inventory dates and data this is not required but would be a very strong nice to have.
• Prior titles include process manager, inventory manager and data analyst.
