The Role

As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing high-quality residential HVAC installations from start to finish. You will:

• Lead a Team: Direct and mentor a crew to ensure equipment is installed efficiently and up to code.
• Quality Control: Ensure every residential system is optimized for performance and customer satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience is required.
