Job Description

Hamilton Connections in Hamden is looking for a warehouse admin in the North Haven area. The ideal candidate has both warehouse and admin experience couple with a solid work history. This is a full-time temp to hire position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices
  • Maintain good communication with customs via email
  • Update spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Schedule pickups
  • Submit tracking information
  • Process labels
  • Other office duties

Job qualifications:

  • Able to work in the United Stated
  • Able to handle physical aspects of the job including but not limited to walking, bending, sitting, pushing, and lifting up to 30lbs
  • Able to work a computer
  • Willing to be train in other positions including packing and picking
  • Willing to help other departments when needed
  • 1 or 2 years in a similar work environment

Details:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7am - 3:30pm
  • $20
