Service Receptionist Job Responsibilities
- Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer and route incoming phone calls for the Service Department
- Schedule service appointments and update customer information accurately
- Communicate customer needs clearly to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, welcoming service reception and waiting area
- Assist with customer paperwork, signatures, and basic documentation
- Support service department workflow and internal communication
- Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Service Receptionist Qualifications
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency
