Position Summary

We’re hiring a skilled Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical systems. This role requires strong technical ability, independence, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, boilers, refrigeration)

Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Read and interpret schematics and technical documents

Complete service reports and maintain accurate records

Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutions

Maintain a clean vehicle and organized job site

Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

Valid Journeyman HVAC License (Required)

HVAC service experience (residential/commercial preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Ability to read schematics and technical manuals

Experience with diagnostic tools (multimeter, etc.)

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Ability to work independently and on a team

Preferred

Boiler and refrigeration experience (ammonia a plus)

Welding or equipment repair experience
