Now Hiring for 2nd Shift Assemblers - $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Bonus contingent upon meeting attendance expectations.

Available Schedules:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3 PM to 1 AM | Starting pay: $21.00/hr
  • Optional Overtime: Fridays

What You'll Do

  • Work with Purpose: Assemble, inspect, and package medical devices that impact lives
  • Quality-First Mindset: Follow FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality System Procedures (QSPs) to meet the highest product standards
  • Collaborate as One Rose: Rotate between stations, meet production goals, and support your teammates
  • Always Improving: Contribute ideas for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Stay Organized: Maintain documentation and a clean, safe work environment

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in assembly or medical device manufacturing is a plus
  • Leadership experience is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • A commitment to high-quality work and a positive, ethical work environment
