Position Overview:
A fast-paced medical practice is seeking an experienced and professional Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff performance. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, high-quality patient service, and compliance with healthcare standards. This is a Monday-Friday position in our Surprise Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and overall site performance
- Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staff
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and workflows
- Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and office flow
- Handle patient and external complaints and resolve operational issues
- Ensure accurate handling of daily receipts and office reporting
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
- Generate routine operational and performance reports
- Step in to support office staff as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a medical office or outpatient healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR systems and medical billing processes
- Knowledge of insurance procedures and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency with computers, typing, and standard office software
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
