School Bus Driver

The job of "School Bus Driver" is done for the purpose of transporting students over scheduled routes and/or special excursions; enforcing rules, regulations, and laws to maintain safety during transport; ensuring vehicle is in a safe operating condition; and ensuring safety of students during transport, loading and unloading from buses.

Valid Class B CDL with P, S, Endorsement, Valid Medical Certificate, California Special Driver Certificate (preferred) Valid First Aid Card, Tuberculosis Screening Drug/Alcohol Testing Clearance, Tuberculosis Screening. Must meet the requirements to evacuate students from school bus and perform duties as a bus driver. Also being responsible for providing an attractive, safe, and sanitary environment in which students, staff, and public can learn and to further enhance a positive presentation of assigned areas.
