Our Day Camp Counselors are critical to the success of our summer camps. They help create an environment where the kids feel safe, welcome, and have a sense of belonging. Day Camp Counselors must have the ability to lead a variety of daily recreation activities, interact and participate with campers, set a good example, have strong leadership skills, and at the same time provide exciting experiences for kids. Qualities we are looking for include spontaneity, passion, excitement and energy, and the occasional silliness. You don't have to be good at sports, crafts, or games to be a good Day Camp Counselor; you just have to want to be a part of the camp experience.
