Job Details

We are seeking a dependable sitter/nanny for consistent weekday daytime care for our 17-month-old son in our home in Berlin, MD. Typical hours are approximately 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM, totaling about 24–30 hours per week. Both parents work from home and will be present during care.

This role is focused on attentive toddler supervision, engagement in age-appropriate developmental activities, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The position may develop into a longer-term recurring opportunity for the right fit.

Additional Duties / Expectations

• Engage in interactive play, reading, and age-appropriate developmental activities
• Supervise outdoor activities such as walks or yard play
• Prepare simple toddler meals and snacks
• Follow established nap and daily routine
• Maintain general tidiness of play areas and clean up child-related items after use
• Communicate updates on meals, naps, and activities during the day

No deep cleaning, transportation of the child, or extensive household duties are expected.
