Looking for Experienced Quality Inspector in Mabank, TX!!!

Must have at least 2 years experience in Quality Inspector with Manufacturing experience

Monday-Friday 2:30 pm - 11 pm some Saturdays

$18.00 hr

The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and inspection of products at various stages of the production process and will compile and evaluate statistical data to determine quality and verification of products. Candidate will work within the QMS to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties.

Job Duties

• Review's inspection activity for product throughout production cycle
• Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures
• Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviation from existing standards
• Investigates customer complaints regarding Quality
• Applies quality managements tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes
• Communicates aspects of inspection criteria and procedures to production
• Maintain positives teamwork and morales within division
• Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and test products for variety of qualities such as dimensions measurements and performances characteristics
• Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures
• Verifies certifications and data of incoming product
• Report deviations from engineering to supervisor for disposition and carries out disposition when required

Education:

High School Diploma/GED a must

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years experience minimum in Quality Inspector or Production Manufacturing or Fabrication
• Experience in quality control and inspection including production manufacturing/fabrication preferred with at least 2 years of prior experience in like capacity.
• Must have the ability to utilize tape measures, calipers, protractors & other calibrated measuring devices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• .Exhibits excellent time management skills.
