Maintenance Associate

Summary:
A food production company is in search of a maintenance associate for its facility in Nelsonville, OH. Will be responsible for:

• Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Instituting and managing training for equipment, as well as keeping associated records.
• Floating to fulfill warehouse/labeling and/or production work as needed to cover for employee outages.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-direct hire position that will have a schedule that may require some weekend or evening hours. Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience. If hired on direct, this company offers full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable commuting between Athens and Nelsonville.
• Mechanical experience with various motors.
• Must be available on weekends for emergency needs.
