Utility/Office Assistant| $17 per hour
Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
A local seed Warehouse is seeking a Utility/Office Assistant to join their growing team! The Utility/Office Assistant provides general support to ensure smooth operation of the office and facility. This role includes a blend of clerical, administrative, and light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and flexible, with a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
- Perform routine office support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and mail distribution
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in office common areas
- Monitor and restock office supplies, kitchen, and bathroom inventories
- Assist various departments with clerical or physical tasks as needed
- maintain records of maintenance and supplies as directed
- Support front desk duties, answering phones, and greeting visitors
Requirements:
- Previous office or utility experience preferred but not required
- Basic Computer experience, MS Office, email, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pioritize multiple tasks efficiently
