Your Contribution

* Responsible for assembling various Fiber opti/Medical units.
* Prepare tubing; assemble fiber bundles.
* Works under instruction with drawings to assemble mechanical parts.
* Grinds and polishes fiber optics assemblies with guidance.
* Basic understand for the manufacturing documentation, EDS & FOD requirements.
* Provide feedback regarding production issues.
* Label and package products, make boxes.
* Maintain appropriate levels of work supplies
* Work with manufacturing and engineering to make suggestions for process improvement. Share personal experiences with others.
* Measure dimensions related to prints.
* Under Supervision set-up tests according to appropriate test procedures.
* Coordinate efforts to make team schedules and quality goals.
* Meets utilization targets and standard times.
* Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer.
* Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
* Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures.

* Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated and results oriented.
* Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
* Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
* Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.

Hourly Pay Ranges: Level C ($19.00-$21.50); Level B ($22.00-$24.50); Level A ($25.00-$27.50)
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
