What You'll Do:

• Cut and tin wires to precise specifications
• Perform soldering and crimping
• Assemble cable and wire harness components
• Read and follow work instructions and blueprints
• Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable sitting/standing throughout shift
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Work Environment:

• Clean, well-lit, and organized facility
• Low-noise setting for focused work
