Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Journeyman / Master)

Location: Baltimore / Washington, DC Metro Area
Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians (Journeyman or Master level) to join a growing service team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service work
• Service equipment including:
  • Rooftop Units (RTUs)
  • Boilers and split systems
  • VRF systems
  • Chilled water and hot water systems (central plant)
• Communicate directly with clients to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain a high level of professionalism on job sites

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of RTUs, VRF systems, and central plant systems
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
