Description
Work Environment: Contact center (inbound and outbound calls).
Responsibilities:
- nswer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist clients with home financing, refinancing, or home equity loans.
- nalyze client financial goals and recommend the best lending solutions.
- Submit mortgage applications and assist clients in gathering required documentation.
- Keep clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process.
- Use multiple technology systems to support clients and referral partners.
- Follow lending policies and processes to meet guidelines and manage risk.
- Communicate regularly with clients and business partners via phone, email, and online messaging.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services through referrals.
- Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal).

- Skilled in customer service, sales, and handling the full end-to-end loan process.
- ble to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
- daptable and flexible with changing business needs.
- Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
- Must register with the SAFE Act federal registry system and maintain good standing (Background Check is Required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Call center experience.
- Knowledge of loan products (Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, HUD, Government).
- Familiarity with underwriting, closing, and federal lending regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Eligible for baseline incentive for first 6 months.
- Incentives based on performance and production standards.
- Paid approximately 45 days after the end of each quarter.
