Description

Work Environment: Contact center (inbound and outbound calls).
Responsibilities:

  • nswer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist clients with home financing, refinancing, or home equity loans.
  • nalyze client financial goals and recommend the best lending solutions.
  • Submit mortgage applications and assist clients in gathering required documentation.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process.
  • Use multiple technology systems to support clients and referral partners.
  • Follow lending policies and processes to meet guidelines and manage risk.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and business partners via phone, email, and online messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services through referrals.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal).

  • Skilled in customer service, sales, and handling the full end-to-end loan process.

  • Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
  • Must register with the SAFE Act federal registry system and maintain good standing (Background Check is Required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience.
  • Knowledge of loan products (Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, HUD, Government).
  • Familiarity with underwriting, closing, and federal lending regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Eligible for baseline incentive for first 6 months.
  • Incentives based on performance and production standards.
  • Paid approximately 45 days after the end of each quarter.
