Position Overview
As an expert treatment coordinator for implant cases, you will be the driving force behind case acceptance and patient trust. You'll work closely with doctors and clinical teams to present treatment plans, explain financing options, and ensure patients feel confident moving forward with their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and close high-value implant treatment plans (single, multi-unit, and full-arch cases)
- Build trust with patients through clear, empathetic communication
- Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, and expected outcomes
- Navigate insurance and financing solutions to remove barriers to care
- Track case acceptance metrics and continuously improve performance
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient journeys
- Collaborate with clinical teams to align on patient needs and goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in closing high-dollar dental cases, especially implants
- Strong understanding of implant procedures and terminology
- Exceptional communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in discussing financial arrangements and overcoming objections
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A patient-first mindset with a passion for delivering life-changing results
