Job Summary:
- Own and elevate the end-to-end guest, client, and associate experience
- Lead front-of-house operations with a white-glove, high-touch standard
- Create "above and beyond" moments that turn routine interactions into memorable experiences
- Anticipate needs before they're asked-bringing proactive, personalized service to life
- Oversee meeting rooms, catering, and event execution with flawless attention to detail
- Partner with Executive Assistants and business leaders to deliver elevated experiences
- Lead, coach, and inspire Hospitality Coordinator to operate at a premium service level
- Set and continuously refine hospitality standards, playbooks, and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, consistency, and accountability
- Act as the face of the office-setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and energy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field)
