CURRENTLY HIRING FOR LOCAL HVAC POSITON

PAY RANGE $18-22 WITH PAY INCREASE UPON FULL TIME PLACEMENT

Day shift: 7 am - 4:30 pm with OT as needed

The duties for this position will be performed within several managed properties. The position will repair and maintain the HVAC equipment consisting of heat pumps, and related equipment and controls and perform other general and preventative maintenance. The candidates will diagnose and discuss malfunctions, replace electrical components of equipment.

• Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC
• Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, by changing filters, cleaning condenser and evaporator coils using approved methods and chemicals
• Replace defective equipment, components, charge systems, braze lines
• Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification
• EPA Certification
• Work experience to qualify at Technician level.
• Must have at least 1 year experience
