Estimator / Customer Service Representative – Print Finishing

Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Estimator / Customer Service Representative to support both clients and internal production. This role is responsible for preparing quotes, reviewing job requirements, and ensuring a smooth process from initial inquiry through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates based on job specifications, materials, and production requirements
• Review incoming orders and confirm details such as formats, quantities, and finishing needs
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and job updates
• Partner with production to confirm job feasibility and scheduling priorities
• Enter and manage orders within internal systems
• Provide responsive customer support and resolve questions or issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Support process improvements within estimating and order management workflows

Qualifications

• Experience in printing, bindery, or finishing operations preferred
• Exposure to folding equipment and post-press processes is a strong plus
• Background in estimating, project coordination, or customer service within print is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret job specifications and layouts
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with ERP/MIS or similar systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $55,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
