We are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on work and wants long-term stability with room to grow.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Tend injection molding machines and monitor production at assigned presses
• Perform visual inspections of molded parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Weigh, package, and prepare finished parts for shipment
• Assist with reworking on-hold parts and sorting returned parts for defects
• Relieve operators and support production needs throughout the molding department
• Communicate quality concerns, product defects, or equipment issues to QA and supervisors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Assist in training new team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. Drivers license.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work history
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to help others
• Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required
• On-the-job training provided
• Submission to a criminal background check
