What you will do:
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and live chats relating to tires and other automotive services
• Engage in upbeat conversations with customers to gain insight into their needs and provide solutions
• Discuss product features and pricing options
• Process orders and schedule appointments
• Effectively utilize POS software and phone systems to service customers
• Recommend repairs & products and manufacturer recommended maintenance
• Maintain product knowledge and attend continuing training sessions
• Support and achieve individual and team sales objectives

Qualified candidates will have:
• Call center experience and/or automotive service industry experience
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent sales skills
• Professional problem-solving techniques
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to multi-task, using multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Upbeat and friendly attitude
• Acceptable MVR, Background, and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
