Come join our team! There are several exciting opportunities to consider within Eagle Crest Communities! We have communities in La Crosse, Holmen, and Onalaska. We care for residents in traditional assisted living, high acuity assisted living, memory care communities, and in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of dedicated and hardworking care staff. Caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living and may assist with housekeeping, laundry, meal service, as well as activities and medication administration.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal cares and activities of daily living while helping them maintain as much independence as possible
• Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, laundry, meal service and a variety of other tasks

What You'll Need

• Commitment to work in accordance with our core values of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Love to meet our mission and goals
• Skills training is provided. Bring your compassion and desire to serve seniors in our communityPrevious direct care experience beneficial but not required
• We provide CBRF Certification
• Opportunities for to become a CNA
• CNA and CBRF certification qualifies for additional pay

Our Wages

• Our starting rate is between $18.00 $23+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
• We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at 100 days and at least annually!
• $3.00 NOC Differential, $2.00 Weekend Differential apply; PM Differential in some units, plus on-call and call-in pay
