• This posting is for a preliminary, digital interview for candidates interested in elementary or secondary (K-12) positions within the Shelby County School System.
• Completing the preliminary interview is a requirement before applicants can interview at the local schools.
• Applicants must submit an application and then apply for this posting.
• All applications will be reviewed, and qualified candidates will be invited to complete the interview and contacted via email.

Please note:

The preliminary interview is intended for Alabama-certified K-12 educators in any elementary or secondary subject area. Preliminary interviews are valid for two years. If a candidate has completed a preliminary interview within the past two years, it is not required.
