POSITION SUMMARY

Job Description: Responsible for the receiving of all properties merchandise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive deliveries on property on a daily basis and checking for quantity, condition, and discrepancies.
2. Matches invoice/receiving slip with purchase order and/or requisition, receives products/enter data into Accounting Receiving software to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting.
3. Delivers supplies to proper departments.
4. Forwards all requisitions and invoices to Accounts Payable.
5. Maintains in house requisition form sign out to department managers, as needed.
6. Prepares items to be shipped out.
7. Responsible for month end inventories for Restaurant, Gift Shop, Hotel, and Custodial and Bingo, Bar
8. Maintains neat and accurate storage of audit files.
9. Informs Supervisor of shift activities.
10. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
11. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
12. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
13. Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
14. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
15. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. General knowledge of warehousing and/or inventory
2. Organizational skills
3. Ability to communicate effectively to management and other sources,

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Subject to internal environments, including working in a secured environment, smoking and alcohol establishment.
2. Sedentary work.
3. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Education Required: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Six months related experience

Computer Skills: Must have basic computer skills

Certificates & Licenses: Must meet Tribal/State compact licensing requirements, pass a criminal background check, and submit to drug testing.
