We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual who works efficiently, communicates clearly, and provides a high level of customer service to join our Accounting team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Process daily deposits accurately and on time
• Investigate outstanding invoices and make collection calls
• Respond to questions from customers and internal teams and provide basic reporting
• Request and issue refunds, credits and apply accordingly
• Prepare and distribute customer statements
• Support other finance and accounting functions when requested

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to work efficiently, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a team environment

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Education, or Library helpful
• Highschool diploma or GED; post-secondary education a plus

Hours

• Full-time Days, Monday - Friday
• Onsite from our Burnsville, MN Office

Wages

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
