We are seeking a skilled Assembler/Welder to join our production team in Wickenburg, AZ. In this role, you will operate metalworking machinery, assemble mechanical and electrical components, and produce high-quality weldments according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate multiple metalworking machines and use hand tools to assemble parts and components.
  • Wire electrical controls and install or route piping for assigned product lines.
  • Produce high-quality weldments and welding assemblies in one or more production areas.
  • Weld steel components using appropriate welding equipment based on layouts, engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions.
  • Set up and lay out work using jigs, fixtures, or hand layouts to fabricate or rework parts.
  • Inspect welds and perform corrective actions to meet product quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • General knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • General knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • Skills may be gained through practical experience and/or on-the-job training.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in MIG, TIG, or stick welding
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
