Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Assembler, working from a build schedule, fits and assembles metal fab, machined, roto molded, electrical, injection molded, and cast parts to build various floor cleaning equipment according to specifications, using a variety of hand & power tools.

Job Duties:
• Short-cycle mechanical assembly
• Electro-mechanical assembly
• Performing all operations
• Properly documents daily production
• Responsible for the quality of workmanship, function and cosmetic appearance of the product, and tool upkeep.
• Assembler monitors inventory levels and advises supervisor of potential part shortages.
• Completing pre-assemblies of parts for transfer to full assembly.
• Responsible for visually inspecting items.

Skills and Qualifications:
• The ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, lift and reach for 8+ hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• One year experience within Lean Manufacturing environment preferred
