SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the Telecommunications Associate team member is to actively keep Knoebel's team members well informed, handle emergency situations and to keep the park secure. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Comm Center Manager.

Park's operational summer hours are typically Sunday through Tuesday 12pm to 8pm and Wednesday through Saturday 12pm to 9pm. During the parks season, evening and weekend hours are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct phone and radio calls to communicate need to appropriate person or department within the park
• Status checks of Night Security, Campground Security, and possibly Lake Glory Security
• Monitor Park cameras and notify security of anything suspicious
• Listen to county radios to notify security and/or campground if you hear police and/or an ambulance dispatched to the park
• Document and record every call and response in logbook following established procedure
• Check weather forecast to keep team members and guests informed and safe
