Duration : 12 months contract
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens
Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (4/10 Schedule)
Clearance: Interim Secret clearance required to start (sponsorship process begins at offer stage)
Pay Rate: Assembler: $23.00 - $25.00/hr

Whether you're experienced in assembling electronic components or skilled in wire and ribbon bonding, this is your opportunity to contribute to advanced aerospace and defense technologies. We're hiring for multiple roles supporting production of high-reliability microelectronic products in a cleanroom environment.

You will:
Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and systems using hand tools and microscopes
Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
Use microscopes, torque drivers, tweezers, cutters, and other fine motor tools
Work with micro to large components, requiring visual magnification
Maintain accurate records of production activity
Collaborate with team members for throughput and process improvements

What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic computer literacy for digital task logging and work instruction navigation
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity
Familiarity with ESD safety standards, cleanroom protocol, and IPC certification (preferred)
A team-player mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
