HVAC Technician
Carlie C's is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our property locations. This role helps ensure our facilities remain comfortable and efficient for both customers and associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units
- Monitor system performance and efficiency
- Maintain service records and maintenance logs
- Respond to maintenance calls from property locations
Qualifications:
- Experience working with commercial HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Valid driver's license
