Expeditor at The Apis

Grease & Honey Restaurants in Kenosha, WI is looking for one expeditor to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 614 56th Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food orders have been properly prepared
• Finalize presentation of food as needed
• Deliver orders to maintain constant service
• Ensure that plates move from kitchen to table in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an expeditor
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
