Pay: $16.90 per hour
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (4/10 schedule)

As a Production Associate Level 1, you will support daily manufacturing operations by efficiently packing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining top safety and quality standards. Your contributions will help keep the production line running smoothly and deliver excellent results for our customers.

What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Safely and accurately packing products according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Conducting quality inspections of items, identifying defects, and reporting issues promptly.
• Properly labeling packages and completing all shipping documentation efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote a productive work environment.
• Following safety protocols and adhering to all company policies for a safe workplace.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• No prior experience required-training will be provided, but warehouse, manufacturing, or packing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks consistently throughout your shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and safety.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Availability to work the full scheduled hours on a 4/10 shift.
