Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Illinois driver's license for three consecutive years
- Must have a valid and appropriate CDL Driver License with passenger endorsement
- Must have a valid Illinois State School Bus Permit

Drivers serving as substitute drivers who drive at least fifty (50) routes are eligible for the following hiring bonus.
$1,000 - if you are ready to drive with no addtional training or licensing
($500 paid after 60 day probationary period, $500 paid at the end of the school year)

$500 - if you are not licensed and need to be trained
($250 paid after training AND 60 day probationary period, $250 paid at the end of the school year)
