Position Title: Field Service Dispatcher & Inventory Associate
Company Name: Caltron Security Services Corp.
Pay Range: $60,000 per year, (with a range of $50k - $70k DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Overview
We are a growing commercial security integrator serving the New York metro area, specializing in access control, video surveillance, gate operators, and other low-voltage systems. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Service Dispatcher & Inventory Associate to coordinate daily service operations and manage inventory across projects and service vehicles.
This role is critical to keeping technicians productive, customers informed, and service jobs properly equipped. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and enjoys creating structure within complex operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Service Management & Dispatch
- Receive inbound service requests from new and existing customers via phone and email
- Schedule service appointments for field technicians using ServiceTitan
- Track service calls from initial request through completion, including follow-ups
- Monitor open and aging service tickets and actively manage items to closure
- Coordinate with the Field Service Manager on technician schedules, priorities, and required equipment
- Produce weekly service reports, including:
- New service requests
- Open and aging service tickets
- Upcoming service workload
- Equipment and material needs
- Inventory Management
- Receive and verify incoming inventory shipments at the office
- Log inventory against active projects and service jobs
- Coordinate with the purchasing/ordering manager to ensure materials arrive on time
- Track service-related inventory stock levels and initiate reorders as needed
- Maintain inventory levels on technician vans by:
- Collecting inventory counts from technicians
- Reconciling usage and coordinating restocking
- Prepare and stage equipment packages for upcoming service jobs
- Organize and maintain inventory using a defined inventory management methodology
- Assist in improving inventory systems and processes as the company continues to scale
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems, methodologies, or related applications
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership as the role evolves
- High school diploma required; college coursework or industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with construction, low-voltage, or security integration work is a plus
- Flexibility to work late or outside normal hours during critical situations
- Ability and willingness to commute to Ozone Park, NY

Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Minimum Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in-office
