This role is critical to our success - you'll be the connection between our clients, customers, and delivery teams, ensuring every delivery is smooth, professional, and on time.

What You'll Do:
  • πŸ“ž Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails with professionalism and urgency
  • πŸ“… Schedule and coordinate white glove furniture deliveries
  • 🚚 Dispatch and communicate with delivery teams throughout the day
  • 🀝 Assist clients and customers with questions, updates, and issue resolution
  • πŸ“Š Track delivery progress and update systems in real time
  • πŸ’¬ Provide a high-touch, service-first experience on every interaction
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong customer service mindset - friendly, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills (phone + email are a must)
  • Comfortable working in Gmail and computer-based systems daily
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Logistics or dispatch experience is a plus, but not required
