Position Title: Assembler - Orlando, FL
Location: Orlando, FL (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sub-Assembly Assembler to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Orlando, FL. This role involves building, wiring, and testing electronic and mechanical assemblies such as power distribution boxes, control panels, communication systems, joysticks, and related components. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs; installing LEDs, push buttons, switches, handles, and fasteners; routing, dressing, stripping, and crimping wires; conducting functional and workmanship inspections; and accurately documenting results in our MRP system.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of hands-on assembly experience in aerospace, defense, industrial, or automotive sectors. Proficiency with crimping, soldering, torque tools, and basic continuous improvement techniques (6S/Kaizen) is essential. Candidates should possess a high school diploma; an associate's degree, IPC 610 certification, or OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
