Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Packaging Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in the Boardman / Canfield / Struthers, OH area. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team with full-time hours, multiple shifts, and weekly pay.
Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $17.00/hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Duties
As a Packaging Associate, you will help prepare aluminum extrusion products for shipment and support daily warehouse/manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include:

• Package aluminum extrusions according to company and customer specifications
• Inspect materials for quality before packaging
• Wrap, box, and label products for shipment
• Use basic hand tools and packaging equipment
• Organize materials and relocate product as needed
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Help the team meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus - but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
