  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in daily instructional activities and classroom management
  • Support individual and small-group learning with a focus on life skills development
  • Implement lesson plans and adaptations under teacher supervision
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
  • Help with behavioral supports, mobility, and personal care as needed
  • Track student progress and communicate observations to educational staff
