The Exhibitor Services Manager provides advanced customer service and support for trade shows, working remotely and independently on all assigned events. This position requires strong self-discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities without direct supervision. Some shows may require collaboration with or support for other team members.

Important note: Candidates must be based in the Las Vegas, Nevada area, as this role is responsible for overseeing all pre-show coordination and on-site event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all pre-show, on-site, and post-show tasks following the Exhibitor Services checklist.
• Enter and maintain accurate exhibitor data, orders, payments, and invoices.
• Communicate with exhibitors to resolve issues and ensure all payments are collected.
• Prepare and reconcile show budgets and invoices in Salesforce.
• Coordinate vendor orders for furniture, floral, and signage as needed.
• Manage freight manifests and delivery schedules.
• Generate exhibitor billing and ensure accurate post-show reconciliation.
• Participate in budget and pre-conference meetings with account management and operations teams.
• Conduct pre-show, on-site, and post-show audits.
• Maintain show site equipment and supplies for travel.
• Communicate professionally with exhibitors and promote additional services as appropriate.
• Complete all post-show documentation and upload files to Salesforce.
• Resolve billing or service concerns and provide support to team members when requested.
• Travel 25% to 50% as required for show coverage and on-site support.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
