3rd shift Assembly

Job Description

Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay: $18.50/hour

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a 3rd Shift Lighting Assembler position. This role is essential to supporting production by ensuring materials and supplies are available, prepared, and accurately tracked for assembly operations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and committed to maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety throughout the shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service all production areas with necessary materials and supplies
• Prepare materials as required for assembly operations
• Maintain raw material inventory to ensure quality and inventory accuracy
• Enter inventory transactions in real time and correct negative balances immediately
• Verify that materials used match job requirements
• Ensure all materials are labeled correctly
• Assist with employee breaks as directed by supervisor or Group Leader
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Sweep aisleways, empty trash, and prevent bins from overflowing
• Support production as directed by leadership
• Remove materials from lines/cells at the end of production runs and return them to inventory with proper transactions
• Complete daily forklift inspection sheets
• Perform all other assigned duties as needed

Safety Expectations:
Maintain a safe work environment by following established workplace safety practices. Read and comply with all General Safety and Housekeeping Rules posted within the facility. Report any unsafe conditions immediately to your Supervisor or Group Leader.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
