Customer Service Rep
Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Rep. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Responsibilities: Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns. Reply to emails, social media or connecting the consumer to the proper department. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call. Schedule appointments and creating an optimal route for technicians. Strongly represent and promote our brand. Help with billing issues. Assist management team with ongoing tasks. Bilingual is a plus. Requirements No prior experience is required. We will provide all the training necessary. Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities. Must be reliable. Must be people-friendly. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good verbal and communications skills. Permission to work in USA. Due to Healthcare Industry regulations every Medihill employee required to pass Background Checks and Drug Test before starting date and on the regular basis.
