Facilities Technician I (Full Time)

Description

Responsibilities:

1. Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and electrical issues.
2. Interacts professionally with guests.
3. Responds to emergencies as requested.
4. Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel.
5. May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
6. Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
7. Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
8. Must be able to wear a mask while working.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Target Salary Range:

$22.00 per hour

Qualifications

Education High School (required)
Experience High School diploma or equivalent required. (required)
1to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (preferred)
OSHA Certification required. (required)
Basic computer knowledge preferred. (preferred)
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. (preferred)
