Job Description

We are currently interviewing for a Production Assembler position in Telford, TN!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in a manufacturing facility, utilizing mechanical skills and factory experience to support assembly line operations. This company is clean and climate controlled and offers an outstanding benefit package!

1st shift

$17.00 per hour paid weekly

Duties

• Assist with assembly tasks across the production floor
• Support the assembly line by assembling components using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the manufacturing facility to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist with inventory management, including loading, unloading, and stocking supplies in the warehouse area
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including ESD shoes and machinery procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues promptly

Requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools and warehouse equipment
• Mechanical knowledge or background supporting assembly line tasks is essential
• Experience working with assembly processes and using hand tools for detailed work
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely (up to 50lbs), and perform physically demanding tasks
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and improving processes
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
