Warehouse Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our warehouse. This role focuses on computer-based tasks, recordkeeping, and coordinating information to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Location: Wind Gap, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay rate: $18.50/hour

Duties:

  • Maintain accurate digital records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse data
  • Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management software
  • Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation for management
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate data entry and workflow
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and office organization
  • Support compliance and documentation processes to maintain efficient warehouse operations

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and data entry)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to lift or move light boxes occasionally is a plus
  • Previous administrative or warehouse experience preferred
