2nd shift forklift operator

Job Title: 2nd Shift Forklift Operator (Outdoor Yard) ⚠ Must pass pre-employment drug screening (including THC) ⚠

We're hiring a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for our 2nd shift team at a busy fencing company. This role works primarily outdoors, moving and staging materials to support daily operations.

Schedule: 2nd Shift (afternoon/evening hours) Location: Outdoor yard environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to transport fencing materials throughout the yard
• Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently
• Stage materials for production and delivery
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized yard and work area
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
• Work in various weather conditions and support team needs

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Attention to safety and detail
• Dependable with good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift
